How can we help?

Delivery & fees

Phnom Penh: our own driver, same or next day. The fee is shown at checkout, and delivery is free once your products reach the free-delivery amount.
Provinces: J&T or VET Express to your nearest branch in 1–3 days. The tracking number shows on your order page.

How to pay

Each order gets its own QR. Scan it with any Bakong-enabled bank app within 5 minutes.
Confirm the payment in your bank app. The page updates by itself, and your order page shows every step after that.
Cash on delivery is available in Phnom Penh. Pay in cash when your order arrives.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or wrong, message us on Telegram within 2 days with a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you to your bank account.
